studies
Dino’s studies are born from the freedom of someone who paints with curiosity intact and restlessness at its peak. They do not follow a rigid plan, nor do they seek definitive answers – they are territories of exploration, where matter and gesture meet in the unexpected. Here, the artist experiments with techniques, challenges limits and tests compositions as if trying to fine-tune his voice before a great speech. Acrylic, plaster, glue, charcoal, pastel, paper or canvas: each support is an open field where intuition dictates the rhythm and emotion guides the form.
But far from being just technical exercises, these studies convey Dino’s distinctive trait – the search for balance between chaos and structure, the symbolic use of colour and the dialogue between tension and harmony. They are autonomous works, with their own pulse, and at the same time clues for deeper readings of his artistic practice. In these living fragments, one recognises the courage of those who continue to learn through creation and the generosity of those who share the process with transparency, as if to say: “this is also where the path is built.”
