Cajú e Feni

Contemplating this painting of cashews, I recall the versatility of this fruit.
We savour the nuts, delight in the bittersweet pulp, its fresh juice refreshes, the ‘Urraca’ seduces and we enjoy the divine ‘FENI’ nectar.
