In this composition, the artist addresses labour precariousness, symbolically representing it through a figure carrying an inordinate weight, without conditions or guarantees. This image carries within it the invisible effort of many who survive in undignified, often normalised working environments.

The ladder in the work appears as a metaphor for change and ascension, pointing to the possibility of social transformation. The work challenges the viewer to recognise these realities and contribute to a fairer economic fabric, where growth does not come at the cost of dignity.
